On motion of Mr. Folger and by unanimous consent, said bill was amended by striking out the words in section 8, as follows:

"And in addition thereto each stockholder of said corporation shall be liable personally for any debt, claim or liability of or against the same, in an amount equal to the stock held by him therein."

Said bill, as amended, was read a third time.
