Mr. O'Donnell, from the committee on internal affairs of towns and counties, to which was referred the bill entitled "An act authorizing the board of supervisors of the county of Kings to raise money for the benefit of the fire department of the town of New Lots, in the county of Kings," reported in favor of the passage of the same, and said bill was committed to the committee of the whole.

Mr. O'Donnell, from the committee on internal affairs of towns and counties, to which was referred the bill entitled "An act for the appropriation of certain funds belonging to the town of Wellsville," reported in favor of the passage of the same.
