Life Insurance Company, filed April 28, 1860, pursuant to the provisions of the act entitled 'An act for the incorporation of life and health insurance companies, and in relation to agencies of such companies,' passed June 24, 1853," reported in favor of the passage of the same.

On motion of Mr. Lent and by unanimous consent, the rule was suspended, and said bill recommitted to the committee with power to report complete.
