MENTS THERETO, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of South Carolina, now met and sitting in General Assembly, and by the authority of the same, In pursuance of Section 13 of Article IV of the Constitution, the State is hereby divided into eight Circuits, as follows: 1. The Counties of Charleston and Orangeburg shall constitute the First Circuit. first Circuit.

2. The Counties of Edgefield, Barnwell, Colleton and Beaufort shall constitute the second Circuit.
