H. B.-An Act to determine the liability of persons or cor-

porations operating railways or railroads in this

State for damages sustained by employees thereof,

and to declare void contracts restricting such

liability

H. B.-An Act entitled an Act to amend Section 1, of an

Act entitled "An Act to authorize the trustees

of School Districts to repay moneys borrowed and

used by such trustees for maintenance of schools

therein, and to levy and collect a tax upon all

the taxable property in such districts, or to issue

and sell the bonds of such districts therefor as such

Code of the State of Montana, relating to abandon-

ment and neglect of children.

tion of scabbies among horses, mules, asses and

cattle."

I, Title IX, Part II of the Code of Civil Pro-
