JOINT RESOLUTION, Relative to printing the proposed constitutional amendment in the papers of the state. Resolved, by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, That the secretary of state be and he is hereby instructed to cause the proposed amendment to the constitution, passed at the present session, providing for annual sessions of the legislature to be published in the newspaper having the contract for the publishing of the laws of the state, without delay, and forthwith to forward three copies of the same (together with a copy of this resolution) under his certificate that said copies are correct, to the auditor of each county, and the auditors respectively shall immediately proceed to contract for the publication of the said proposed amendinent in two weekly English and in one German weekly newspaper, if published in the county, till the second Tuesday of October, A.
