FEDERAL AND STATE Compiled By WAYNE B. WHEELER, LL. D. SECOND EDITION MAY, 1918 AD Published By THE AMERICAN ISSUE PUBLISHING COMPANY Westerville, Ohio Gift Intercaligines Prohibition asoriston 3-2-31 FOREWORD The first edition of this summary of the State and Federal Laws, relating to the liquor traffic met a need for general information. The supply has been exhausted. The second edition gives the laws of the states. practically in full. There was a widespread demand. for complete up-to-date information on this subject matter. We hoped to print with each section a digest of the principal decisions construing it. We found it would make the book too large for general distribution. Such a publication will be prepared later on by the Legal Department for those who desire the Court's construction of the laws. In the meantime, information relating to the Court's decisions can be secured from the Attorney and General Counsel of the AntiSaloon League of America, Wayne B. Wheeler, 30 Bliss Building, Washington, D. C. |
