No. 466) entitled "An act to amend chapter two hundred and sixty-four of the Laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-five, entitled 'An act to incorporate the New York College of Dentistry,' in relation to authorizing the merger or consolidation of the New York College of Dentistry with any university of the State of New York; authorizing such university to confer the degree of doctor of dental surgery (D. D. S.) and providing for the dissolution of the New York College of Dentistry and the payment of its debts."

(6) Senate (No. 381, Int. No. 377) entitled "An act to consolidate the corporation known as 'The Temple Beth-El' and 'The New Synagogue' into one corporation to be known as 'Temple Beth-El'."

(7) Senate (No. 53, Int. No. 53) entitled "An act allowing a reduction of twenty-five per centum of the personal income tax, in respect of returns due during the calendar year nineteen hundred and twenty-four, chargeable against the State's share of such law." (8) Senate (No. 439, Int. No. 430) entitled " An act to amend the Public Health Law, in relation to records and reports of vaccinations."

After some time spent therein, the President resumed the chair, and Mr. Byrne, from said committee, reported in favor of the passage of the above named bills, which report was agreed to, and said bills ordered to a third reading.

The Assembly bill (No. 471, Rec. No. 13) entitled "An act reappropriating an unexpended balance for the purpose of the construction and improvement of public highways, was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senate elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present, as follows:

Ordered, That the Clerk return said bill to the Assembly, with a message that the Senate has concurred in the passage of the same. The Senate bill (No. 568, Int. No. 263) entitled "An act authorizing the creation of a debt of the State and the issuance and sale of bonds to provide for the payment of bonuses to honorably

discharged soldiers, sailors and marines of the World War who were actual residents of the State at the time of their enlistment or induction into the military or naval service of the United States, was read the third time.

The Senate bill (No. 324, Int. No. 320) entitled "An act providing for the maintenance and conduct of courses of study or training for teachers of foreign born adults in evening classes in the city of New York, was read the third time.
