4. We have heard with our Ears, O God, our Fathers have told us, what Works thou didft in their Days, in the times of old.

b. For, as the Earth bringeth forth her Bud, and as the Garden caufeth the things that are fown in it, to fpring forth, fo the Lord God hath caufed Righteoufnefs and Praise to spring forth before all Nations.

c. The whole Earth is full of his Glory, and Riches; and they that and they that go down to the Sea in Ships, these fee the Works of the Lord, and his Wonders in the Deep.

d. The Lord is King for ever and ever, and his Dominion is an Everlasting Dominion.

e. He ruleth by his Power for ever; let not the Rebellious exalt themselves.

f. He is the Bleffed, and only Potentate; The King of Kings, and Lord of Lords: The One Lawgiver, who is able to fave, and to destroy.

g. Who hath given him a Charge, over the Earth? Or, Who hath difpofed the whole World? Who teacheth like him? Or, Who

hath enjoyned him his Way? He worketh all things, after the Counsel of his own Will; and he giveth not account of any of his Matters.

a. Our Father, which is in Heaven, is perfect.

b. Thine, O Lord, is the Greatness, and the Power, and the Glory, and the Victory, and the Majefty. Thou art very Great, thou, art clothed with Honour and Majesty.

c. The Heaven is thy Throne, and the Earth is thy Footstool: Thy Name is excellent, and thy Glory is above the Earth and Heaven.

d. The Lord of Hofts he is the King of Glory: Honour and Majefty are before him: Strength and Beauty are in his Sanctuary.

e. The Lord is great in Counsel, and mighty in Work: The Lord hath done excellent things; his Work is Honourable, and Glori

ous.

f. The Work of the Lord is Perfect; for all his Ways are Judgment.

g. The Law of the Lord is Perfect; and all his Precepts, concerning all things, are right.

4, The Glory of the Lord, fhall endure for

ever.

b. Who can make known to the Sons of Men the Glorious Majefty of his Kingdom, and the Greatness of his Excellency?

c. Bleffed be thy glorious Name, O Lord, which is exalted, above all Bleffing and Praise.

He is the ONLY GOD.

d. God is one: The Lord, is the true God; he is God alone. The Lord our God, is one Lord.

e. The Lord, he is God, in Heaven above, and upon the Earth beneath; there is none elfe:

f. The Lord, he is God; there is none else befides him: Before him, there was no God formed, neither fhall there be after him.

Tho' there be, that are called Gods, whether in Heaven or in Earth; yet, to us, there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him.

a. All the Gods of the People, are Idols; which, by Nature, are no Gods: They cannot do evil, neither alfo is it in them to do good: For, we know, that an Idol is nothing in the World; and, that a Graven Image is profitable for nothing; and, that there is none other God but One.

There is NONE LIKE him.

b. Who is like unto thee, O Lord? Who is like thee, glorious in Holiness, fearful in Praifes, doing wonders ?

c. To whom shall we liken God? or what Likeness shall we compare unto him? or to whom shall he be equal?

d. Who, in the Heaven, can be compared unto the Lord? who, among the Sons of the Mighty, can be likened unto him?

e. Thou art Great, O Lord God, there is none like thee; neither are there any Works like unto thy Works.

f. Among the Gods, there is none like unto thee, O Lord; there is no God, like thee, in Heaven above, or on Earth beneath,

a. There is none like thee, in all the Earth Among all the Wife Men of the Nations, and in all their Kingdoms, there is none like unto thee, O King of Nations.

b. God is not (as the wicked think) altogether, fuch an one as our felves; for, his ways are not our ways, nor his Thoughts, our Thoughts: But, as the Heavens, are higher than the Earth, fo are his Ways higher than our Ways, and his Thoughts than our Thoughts.

c. Forafmuch, as we are the Off-spring of God, we ought not to think, that the GodHead, is like unto Gold, or Silver, or Stone graven by Art, and Man's Device.

He is GREATER than ALL Things.

d. Who is fo great a God, as our God? e. Thou, whofe Name alone is Jehovah, art the most High, over all the Earth.

f. The Lord our God is God of Gods, and Lord of Lords.

g. He is far above all Principality, and Power, and Might, and Dominion, and every Name that is named, not only in this World, but also in that which is to come.
