Hill Irving, Attorney-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, who was made a K.C.M.G. FINAL FIGURES OF DOMINION FINANCES FOR YEAR. The final figures of the revenue and expenditure for the past fiscal year show a total revenue of $163,174,394, a total expenditure on revenue account of $127,353,981, and total expenditures on capital account of $56,216,712. The surplus over all current expenditure was $35,820,413. For the first three months of the present fiscal year, the revenue has been $33,660,389, or $7,602,301 less than for the corresponding period of last year. Customs receipts for the three months show a decrease of $7,225,000. The decrease in customs revenue for last month was $2,006,061. PROVINCIAL GENERAL ELECTIONS.
