The Assembly sent for concurrence the bill (No. 151, Rec. No. 26) entitled "An act to amend chapter six hundred and seventeen of the Laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled ‘An act to incorporate the Round Lake Camp Meeting Association of the Methodist Episcopal Church of the Troy Conference,' by providing for the establishment of a fire district within the grounds of Round Lake Association in the town of Malta, Saratoga county," which was read the first time, and by unanimous consent was also read the second time.

On motion of Mr. Yelverton, and by unanimous consent, said bill was substituted for Senate bill (No. 192, Int. No. 190), now in the committee of the whole.

No. 266), entitled "An act to amend chapter one hundred and eleven of the Laws of eighteen hundred and fifty-one, entitled 'An act to amend the several acts incorporating the village of Owego, in the county of Tioga,' in relation to taxes," reported in favor of the passage of the same, which report was agreed to, and said bill committed to the committee of the whole.
