The Assembly bill (No. 282, Senate Reprint No. 512, Rec. No. 13) entitled "An act to amend the Town Law, in relation to the terms of office of certain officers on changing date of town meeting," was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present, as follows:

The Assembly bill (No. 244, Rec. No. 14) entitled "An act to legalize, ratify and confirm the action of the several boards of supervisors of the county of Yates, in auditing the accounts of the county treasurers of such county," was read the third time.
