The Senate bill (No. 11, Int. No. 11) entitled "An act to incorporate The Church Extension Society of Buffalo, and define its powers," was read the third time.

The President put the question whether the Senate would agree to the final passage of said bill, the same having been printed and upon the desks of the members in its final form for three calendar legislative days, and it was decided in the affirmative, a majority of all the Senators elected voting in favor thereof, and three-fifths being present, as follows:

The Senate bill (No. 391, Int. No. 379) entitled "An act to amend the Prison Law, in relation to permitting convicts in State reformatories to attend funeral and last illness of near relatives," was read the third time.

No. 26) entitled “An act to amend chapter six hundred and seventeen of the Laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled 'An act to incorporate the Round Lake Camp Meeting Association of the Methodist Episcopal Chuch of the Troy Conference,' by providing for the estab lishment of a fire district within the grounds of Round Lake Association in the town of Malta, Saratoga county," was read the third time.
