Certificate of incorporation filed May 26, 1884.

A reorganization of the Brooklyn Elevated Railway Company, sold under foreclosure of mortgage.

Capital stock, $5,000,000.

CONSOLIDATIONS.

The following corporations have become consolidated with other corporations as named:

THE BLACK RIVER AND MORRISTOWN RAILROAD COMPANY. Agreement of consolidation filed November 16, 1883, by and between said company and the Utica and Black River Railroad Company under the name of the latter.

Capital stock, $2,600,000.

THE PERRY RAILROAD COMPANY.

Certificate filed November 22, 1883, by which the Perry Railroad Company transfers its capital stock to the Rochester and Pittsburgh Railroad Company.

THE PERRY RAILROAD COMPANY.

Certificate of consolidation filed November 22, 1883, of the above company with the Rochester and Pittsburgh Railroad Company, by a surrender of the capital stock of the former to the latter.

EXTENSION OF ROUTES.

The following companies in New York city have availed themselves of the provisions of chapter 252, Laws of 1884, and have filed certificates in the office of the Secretary of State, setting forth contemplated extensions of their roads
