No. 846) entitled "An act to amend the Greater New York charter, in relation to the time for improving lands under water along the easterly shore of the Harlem river,' was returned by the mayor of the city of New York with a certificate that a public hearing has been duly held on said bill in pursuance of law, and that the mayor has duly accepted the same.

The Senate bill (No. 1061, Int. No. 969) entitled "An act to amend chapter one hundred and ninety-three of the Laws of nineteen hundred and three, entitled 'An act to provide for the disposal of the sewage of the city of Gloversville, by the construction of intercepting and trunk sewers and purification works,' in relation to alteration and enlargement of plans and construction and increasing the amount which said city of Gloversville shall have power to borrow for such purposes, was returned by the mayor of the city of Gloversville with a certificate that a public hearing has been duly held on said bill in pursuance of law, and that the mayor and local legislative body have duly accepted the same.

No. 1795) entitled "An act to provide for the creation and management of the Flint Mine Hill State Reservation and for the purchase of lands, and making an appropriation therefor," which was read the first time, and by unanimous consent was also read the second time, and referred to the committee on finance.

Mr. Campbell introduced a bill (Int. No. 1796) entitled "An act to amend the Conservation Law, in relation to the taking of raccoon in the county of Orleans," which was read the first time, and by unanimous consent was also read the second time, and referred to the committee on conservation.

Mr. Carroll, from the committee on public health, to which was referred the Senate bill introduced by Mr. Lacey (No. 1990, Int. No. 1720) entitled "An act to amend the charter of the city of Buffalo, in relation to the treatment of persons addicted to the use of injurious narcotics," reported in favor of the passage of the same, which report was agreed to, and said bill committed to the committee of the whole.

The Assembly sent for concurrence a resolution, in the words following:

Resolved (if the Senate concur), That there be prepared under the supervision of the Temporary President of the Senate and the Speaker of the Assembly, a supplement to the statutory record of the consolidated laws as printed and published by the State in nineteen hundred and eleven pursuant to chapter five hundred and thirteen of the Laws of nineteen hundred and ten and chapter one hundred and ninety-two of the Laws of nineteen hundred and eleven and in nineteen hundred and eighteen pursuant to chapter three hundred and twenty-five of the Laws of nineteen hundred and seventeen, as amended by chapter four hundred and twenty-four of the Laws of nineteen hundred and eighteen together with an index of the special, private and local statutes as a continuation of the official index of the unconsolidated laws heretofore published. Such work shall be done by such person or persons as shall be appointed by the Temporary President of the Senate and the Speaker of the Assembly. Such work shall include the record of special, private and local statutes of the years nineteen hundred and eighteen to nineteen hundred and twenty-four, both inclusive, shall conform to the style and arrangement of the statutory record of nineteen hundred and eleven, and shall contain an index of the special, private and local statutes as aforesaid. The person or persons who do such work shall receive compensation therefor to be fixed by the Temporary President of the Senate and the Speaker of the Assembly.

Further Resolved, That the sum of ten thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and hereby is appropriated for such work to be paid out of the contingent fund of the Legislature on vouchers approved and audited according to law.

Ordered, That said resolution be referred to the committee on finance.
