ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES OF ORGANIZATION:-Act of March 5, 1883.

If capital authorized does not exceed $100,000,
If capital exceeds $100,000, one fifth of a dollar (20 cents) per $1,000
on the total amount authorized; thus, if the capital authorized is
$150,000, the tax will be $30.00, &c.

AMENDED CERTIFICATE, OR CERTIFICATE CONSOLIDATING COMPANIES,

No corporation can assume a name or title the same as one already in use, or so similar as would be likely to lead to confusion.

CERTIFIED COPIES.

The fee for filing, and certified copy of Certificate will be from $1.50 to $2.00, but if copy accompanies original it will be certified and returned by first mail, at a charge of $1.

From unknown persons remittance must be by cash, draft, or certified check.

Pamphlet copies of acts relative to corporations furnished on request.
