No corporation can assume a name or title the same as one already in use, or so similar as would be likely to lead to confusion. CERTIFIED COPIES. The fee for filing, and certified copy of Certificate will be from $1.50 to $2.00, but if copy accompanies original it will be certified and returned by first mail, at a charge of $1.
