The following is a statement of the date of each accident, the place where it occurred, the train, the cause and the extent of the injuries inflicted upon each person, and the name of such person, as follows:

1869.

December 4. Dennis Kerrman and his wife, Mary Kerrman, while attempting to cross the track near Kinderhook, were struck by the engine and killed.

December 9. Alexander Ferguson, an employe, was run over in the yard at Greenbush and killed.

December 14. Stephen Bell, while upon the track at Kinderhook, was run over and killed.

1870.

January 11. John Mackey, an employe, was crushed between the cars at Greenbush and killed.

February 3. Charles Phillips, Charles W. Sprague and Henry Sipley, employes, were killed near Chatham. Freight train broke in two parts and ran back into train following.

February 12. Patrick Burns, an employe, was struck by a bridge near Chatham and killed.

April 4. Thomas Lanian, while attempting to get upon an engine, fell, was run over and killed, at Greenbush.

April 7. Wm. Noodle, while playing upon the top of freight car at Greenbush, fell, was run over and killed.

August 26. Edward Brown, while standing upon the crossing at Greenbush, was struck by the engine and killed.
