STATE OF NEW YORK, Schuyler County, ss: JOHN LANG, Treasurer of the Blossburgh and Corning Railroad Company, being sworn deposes and says, that the statements in the annexed report, which has been signed by him, at the end thereof, are true and correct, according to the best of his knowledge, information and belief. The Fall Brook Coal Company, the lessees of the road, furnish and own all the engines, cars, etc., used in operating and running the road. This road has been leased for a term of years, for a specific rental, to the Fall Brook Coal Company, a corporation of the State of Pennsylvania, who have operated and kept the road in repair for the past year; therefore we have no means of making a report in detail.
