The commissioners are prepared to subscribe to that amount to the capital stock, $100,000. The town of Saratoga has been bonded to the amount of $50,000, to be taken in stock in like manner. The commissioners are now prepared to subscribe to that amount to the capital stock, $50,000. Making subscriptions by town commissioners This road is to be built, principally, from funds derived from town bonds, raised in pursuance of chapter 907 of the Laws of 1869. Already, $150,000 has been guaranteed by towns, and preliminary work to increase that amount $100,000 more is in progress.
