No. 49) entitled "An act to amend the Military Law to conform to the State Departments Law, in relation to veterans' relief and veterans' camp and repealing chapter three hundred and twenty-six of the Laws of nineteen hundred and twenty-three relating to the relief of sick and disabled veterans of the military and naval service of the United States, chapter five hundred and fifty-nine of the Laws of nineteen hundred and twenty-four relating to the relief of veterans permanently and totally disabled by loss of sight by reason of service in the military or naval forces of the United States, sections forty-three and forty-four of the State Departments Law and article five of the Public Buildings Law, relating to the State camp for veterans, was read the third time.

No. 1312) entitled "An act to amend chapter one hundred and seventy-eight of the Laws of nineteen hundred and nineteen, entitled 'An act to provide for the acquisition of lands and the construction of a tunnel or tunnels jointly with the State of New Jersey, for vehicular and pedestrian traffic under the Hudson river and between the states of New York and New Jersey, and making an appropriation therefor,' in relation to authorizing the New York State Bridge and Tunnel. Commission to sell and convey with the New Jersey Interstate Bridge and Tunnel Commission certain lands or interests therein in the city of New York heretofore acquired for the construction and operation of the said tunnel or tunnels pursuant to the provisions of chapter one hundred and seventy-eight of the Laws of nineteen hundred and nineteen and acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, and no longer needed for the said purposes," was read the third time.
