20. (a) For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all carcasses, fores, and hinds purchased from any non-affiliated facility.

(b) For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total weight and total revenue or transfer revenue received from all carcasses, fores, and hinds described in 20(a) which were sold or transferred to any affiliated fabricating facility.

(c) For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total weight and total revenue or transfer revenue received from all carcasses, fores, and hinds described in 20(a) sold or transferred to any other affiliated facility.

(d) For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total weight and total revenue or transfer received from all carcasses, fores, and hinds described in 20(a) which were sold to all customers other than affiliated facilities.

Answer questions 21 through 40 for all cattle, if any, which were purchased for this slaughtering facility by a regional accounting management entity (specify the nature of this entity.)

Answer questions 21 through 23 for all cattle slaughtered which were owned for more than 7 days preceding slaughter by the company or its subsidiaries.

21. (a) For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all purchases of steers and heifers which were fed for more than 7 days preceding slaughter.

(b) Are any of the cattle enumerated in 21(a) purchased on any type of carcass basis? If so, (1) Explain the basis for such purchases, and (2) state the total number of head, total live weight, and total payments made for all cattle purchased on such a basis.

22. (a) For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers which were placed in feedlot facilities owned, operated, financed, or controlled by the company or its subsidiaries. Do not include any cattle fed for less than 7 days or any cattle placed solely on maintenance feeding preceding slaughter.

(b) For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers which were placed in feedlot facilities not owned, operated, financed, or controlled by the company or its subsidiaries. Do not include any cattle fed for less than 7 days or any cattle placed solely on maintenance feeding preceding slaughter.

(c) For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total revenue derived from all steers and heifers enumerated in 22 (a) and (b) which were sold to any non-affiliated facility preceding slaughter.

23. For the first business week of each period covered by this survey, provide the following information for each lot of cattle owned by the company and placed on feeding:

(a) Number of placements of steers and heifers in feedlots owned, operated, financed, or controlled by the company or its subsidiaries

(b) Number of placements of steers and heifers in feedlots not owned, operated, financed, or controlled by the company or its subsidiaries

(c) Total length of feeding time for each lot

(d) Average weight gain per head for each lot

Answer questions 24 through 30 for all cattle which were owned by the company or its subsidiaries for less than 7 days preceding slaughter.

24. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased in terminal markets.

25. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased in auction markets.

26. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased from feedlot facilities and for which freight was included in the purchase price (delivered to slaughtering facility). Do not include any contract purchases enumerated in 28(a).

27. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased from feedlot facilities and for which freight was not included in the purchase price. (f.o.b. feedlot). Do not include any contract purchases enumerated in 28(a).

28. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased under contract from a feedlot facility.

Provide the following information for each feedlot facility from which more than 1,000 head of steers and heifers were purchased under contract in any business week during the periods covered on this survey.

1. Name and address of feedlot facility

2. Type of contractual arrangement

3. Total number of head, total live weight, and total payments made for all steers and heifers purchased during each fiscal year covering periods subject to this survey

29. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased from all other sources and for which freight was included in the purchase price (delivered to slaughtering facility).

30. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and the total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased from all other sources and for which freight was not included in the purchase price (f.o.b. source).

Answer questions 31 through 34 for all cattle purchased for slaughter which were owned for 7 days or less by the company or its subsidiaries and which were purchased on a carcass basis.

31. For each business week during the periods covered in this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased on a consignment basis (carcass price open) from feedlot operations, and which were purchased 0 to 7 days prior to shipment to the slaughtering facility.

32. For each business week during the periods covered in this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased on a

consignment basis (carcass price open) from feedlot operations, and which were purchased 7 to 30 days prior to shipment to the slaughtering facility.

33. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased on a consignment basis (carcass price open) from feedlot operations. which were purchased 30 to 60 days prior to shipment to the slaughtering facility.

34. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased on a consignment basis (carcass price open) and which were purchased more than 60 days prior to shipment to the slaughtering facility.

35. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased on a rail basis (fixed carcass price at feedlot).

36. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total dollars of payments made for all steers and heifers purchased on a grade, yield, and/or weight basis. Do not include any data for cattle purchased on a live weight basis for which the grade and/or yield are estimated.

37. For each business week during the periods covered by this survey, state the total number of head, total live weight, and total
