5. ADVERTISING

1. Indicate at which of the following corporate levels some or all advertising expenses are incurred:

2. (a) For periods subject to the survey, state the total number of employees at this corporate office involved in advertising and sales promotion work (include advertising manager, lay out and copywriting personnel, demonstrators, all clerical employees and sign shop personnel) and the total payroll for these personnel.
