Nos. 2 and 3. The Relation of the Modern Municipality to the Gas Supply. By EDMUND J. JAMES, Ph.D., of the Wharton School of Finance and Economy, University of Pennsylvania. Price 75 cents.

No. 4. Co-operation in a Western City. By ALBERT SHAW, Ph.D., Editor of the Minneapolis Tribune, Author of "Icaria," etc. Price 75 cents.

No. 5. Co-operation in New England. By EDWARD W. BEMIS, Ph.D. Price 75 cents.

The next monograph will be upon the Economic Functions of Government, by Professor Henry C. Adams, University of Michigan and Cornell University.

The publications will appear at least six times a year, and will be sent to all members in consideration of the annual membership fee of $3 paid to the Treasurer. To others the publications of the Association will be sent at $4 per annum; single numbers sent on receipt of price. Communications may be addressed to the Secretary,
