Lansing, Wednesday, May 15, 1867. Pursuant to the provisions of law, the delegates elected to revise the Constitution of the State of Michigan, met in Convention at the Capitol, at Lansing, at eleven o'clock A. M., and were called to order by Hon. Oliver L. Spaulding, Secretary of State, who called the roll of delegates by counties, and the following answered to their names:
