Robert Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church, formerly the Hebron Memorial Church, renamed for its late pastor and in recognition of the cancellation of a mortgage by the Hon George S. Graham [Member of The Pennsylvania Society]; rededicated on July 8.

Harrison Memorial. Window in Holy Trinity P. E. Church, in memory of Joseph Harrison, Jr., and Sarah Harrison, dedicated October 19.

Henkel Memorial. Tablet in memory of the Rev. Anthony Jacob Henkel and of his wife Maria Elizabeth Henkel, whose bodies rest in the adjoining churchyard, unveiled in St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Germantown, October 28. Mr. Henkel was the founder and first pastor of this church. The tablet was dedicated on the bi-centennial of his arrival in Germantown, in 1717.

Mrs. John Knowles Memorial. Altar Cross for St. Gabriel's Mission, the gift of her husband, blessed, October 28.

Gertrude Longstreth and Frederic Dent Sharp Memorial. Baptismal font for St. Clement's P. E. Church, blessed September 20. George D. Melloy Memorial. Tiling and floor for St. Matthew's P. E. Church, the gift of Mrs. Melloy in memory of her husband, January 14.

St. Edward's Roman Catholic Church. Memorials of 1917. High altar, a memorial to the late Rev. Charles J. Vandegrift, the rector under whom the church building was erected, consecrated May 18; Pulpit in memory of Peter F. Murphy and family, blessed February 18.

Rev. Dr. Charles E. St. John Memorial. Tablet in the First Unitarian Church, dedicated April 8.

Salvation Army Memorial. Stone at Fourth and Oxford Streets on the site of the first open-air meeting of the Salvation Army in America, dedicated May 12.

Harvey Naylor deSanno Memorial. Parsonage for the Oak Lane Baptist Church, the gift of Mr. and Mrs. A. P. deSanno as a memorial to their son, May 6.

Swedenborg Memorial. Tablet erected at Third and Chancellor Streets to commemorate the first public lecture dealing with Swedenborg's doctrines by James Glen in 1784. The site was then occupied by Bell's Book Store. Dedicated May 18 in connection with the centennial session of the General Convention of the Church of the New Jerusalem.

John D. Taggart Ligget Memorial, Ninth Presbyterian Church. Dedicated June 24. This new building for the Ninth Presbyterian Church was the gift of Craig N. Ligget and his wife in memory of their son.

Mrs. Alfred Tucker Memorial. Parish House for the P. E. Church of St. James the Less, the gift of Mrs. H. Wilson Caterwood, in memory of her daughter, dedicated by the Rt. Rev. Thomas J. Garland [Chaplain of The Pennsylvania Society], December 13. Dr. J. William White Memorial. Red oak tree, planted in Rittenhouse Square by the Walnut Street Business Association in memory of Dr. White, October 26.

Yarrow Memorial. Window in the P. E. Church of the Incarnation, in memory of Dr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Yarrow, unveiled by the Rt. Rev. Thomas J. Garland [Chaplain of The Pennsylvania Society], February 13.

Germantown Maennerchor. Fiftieth anniversary, October 10. Lancaster Turnpike, one of the historic roads of Pennsylvania, extending from City Line to Paoli, about fifteen miles in length, purchased by the Commonwealth and turned over to the State Highway Department, freed of tolls, July 1.

Robinson, placed in May. Lectern in memory of Mr. and Mrs. George M. Keiser, the gift of their children; American flag in memory of Judge Charles Brumm, the gift of his children; blessed July

PINE GROVE. St. Peter's Lutheran Church. One hundredth anniversary, December 2. The congregation was apparently organized in 1782. The church building was consecrated October 19, 1817. It was remodelled in 1870 and 1915.

POTTSVILLE. St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church. Seventy-fifth anniversary, November 4-6. Steps looking to the foundation of this church for German-speaking Roman Catholics were begun in 1840. The cornerstone of the church building was laid in June, 1842. The first resident pastor was appointed November 10, 1842. A school was opened in September, 1850, and ground for a cemetery purchased in 1853. The present church was blessed December 1, 1872, and a new school building September 15, 1895.

POTTSVILLE. Pottsville Journal. Ninety-fifth anniversary, 1917. The first number of this newspaper appeared in 1822.

POTTSVILLE. Mrs. C. M. Atkins Memorial. Pew endowed in Trinity P. E. Church by the will of Mrs. Atkins, who died January 19.

ST. CLAIR. John Ennis Post No. 47, G. A. R. Fiftieth anniversary, March 20. Organized March 20, 1867.

SCHUYLKILL HAVEN. Jere Helms Post No. 26, G. A. R. Fiftieth anniversary, January 30. Organized January 30, 1867.

TAMAQUA. Trinity Reformed Church. Fiftieth anniversary, November 11-18. The congregation was an offshoot from St. John's Reformed Church, which worshipped in the Union Church on Dutch Hill. It was organized August 9, 1867, and a constitution adopted August 29, 1867.

MAHANOY MOUNTAIN. American flag raised on the summit by the Pennsylvania Alpine Club on their first expedition, April 25. SELINSGROVE. Selinsgrove Times. Ninety-fifth anniversary. The paper was founded in 1822.
