B. under the decree in the said Court made or to be made in the said cause; And also all the right &c.

XXXII. The said sum of £and also all and every other sum or sums of money which shall become due and payable to him the said A. B. under or by virtue of the appointments made to him by the said hereinbefore in part recited indenture, bearing date &c.; And also all and every other sum and sums of money which he the said A. B. shall at any time or times, and from time to time, be entitled to receive as and for a further part or share of the said sum of £, under and by virtue of the said hereinbefore in part recited indenture of the &c., and the trusts thereby declared, either for the want of an appointment, or under any further or other appointment in his favour, of any further or other part of the said sum of £, or by survivorship, accruer, or otherwise, and all interest to become due for the same sum and sums of money respectively; And all the right &c.

XXXIII. All and every the sum and sums of money which, in case of any sale or sales by the said A. B., his heirs or assigns, under or by virtue of the trusts contained first mortgagee in the said hereinbefore in part recited indentures of lease and release of the &c., shall, after the full payment of the principal money and interest and costs thereby secured or intended to be secured, remain in the hands of the said A. B., his executors, administrators, and assigns; And all right, title, interest, possibility, claim, and demand whatsoever, both at law and in equity, of him the said C. D., his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, of, in, or to the said premises, with full power to ask, sue for, recover, and receive, and to give effectual receipts and discharges for the said sum and sums of money, and other the premises

XXXIV. All that newspaper or journal, called or Newspaper, known by the name of the &c., and the presses, types, and materials from time to time used for printing the said paper, and all the gains, profits, and advantages from time to time arising by the publication and sale thereof, and by the advertisements, letters, and paragraphs inserted therein, or by any other matter or thing, ways and means whatsoever; And also the good-will of the said newspaper; And all the right, title, interest, property, claim, and demand. whatsoever of the said A. B. in and to the said newspaper and premises.

XXXV. The said silver ticket of admission into the said Opera-house Theatre, and every part thereof, and to the said concerts, (except as hereinafter is excepted); And also the licences, liberties, and privileges given or granted to the said A. B., his executors, administrators, and assigns, and the bearers of the said ticket, in or by the said hereinbefore in part recited indenture; And all the right in and to the said silver ticket, and the said liberties, licences, and privileges, and every of them; And also all and singular the covenants and agreements entered into by the said C. D. in or by the said hereinbefore in part recited indenture; And all and every sum and sums of money, costs, and damages, if any, which can, shall, or may be recovered under or by virtue of the said covenants, and the full benefit of the same.

XLI. XLII. The office and appointment of steward of the manor or lordship of &c., and of all other manors or lordships of him the said A. B., within the said principality of Wales, and the holding and keeping of all courts leet, courts baron, views of frankpledge, and of all other courts, of what kind soever the same may be, which have heretofore been used, or used and accustomed to be holden and kept, or ought to have been, or are hereafter to be holden and kept, within or for the said manor or lordship, in such sort, manner, and form, and at such place and places, and on or at such days or times, as they or any of them have heretofore been kept and holden, as occasion shall hereafter require, with all usual and accustomed and lawful fees, dues, perquisites, profits, and advantages whatsoever to the said office or stewardship belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and that in as full, ample, and beneficial a manner, in all respects and to all intents and purposes, as any former or other steward or stewards of the said manor or lordship has or have at any time heretofore had, used, holden, enjoyed, or executed the same.

XLIII. All and every the dividends, interest, and annual proceeds now accruing, arising, or becoming due, or which at any time, and from time to time hereafter, during the joint natural lives of the said A. B. and C. his wife, shall accrue, arise, or become payable from, upon, or in respect of the said several sums of £- and £ (a), or other the funds

(a) In describing funded property, it is usual to say, e. g., that A. B. is entitled to the "sum of £10,000 3 per cent. Consolidated Bank Annuities." But this is clearly incorrect, for he is in fact entitled only
