Ordered, That the Joint Committee on the Library be instructed to collect the documents received from the State of South Carolina on the subject of Nullification, the Proclamation of the President of the United States, and the communications from the several States in relation thereto, and to cause the same to be printed and bound, for the use of the members of this Legislature.
