The above-named Ira M. Palmer, owner, and Samuel Brown and Lurtin R. Ginn, sureties, all of the District of Columbia, appearing and submitting to the jurisdiction of the Court, hereby undertake for themselves, and each of them, their, and each of their heirs, executors, and administrators, or personal representatives, that they will pay and satisfy any judgment or decree that may be recovered in any suit or proceeding that may be instituted on, or to enforce the above-entitled mechanic's lien, together with the costs of said proceeding, which judgment or decree they agree may be pronounced against all of them.

BOND FOR RELEASE OF MATERIALMEN'S LIEN *

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WE Howard A. Chitty of 100 Broadway, New York, N. Y., as Principal, and The Model Insurance Company, of 99 John Street, New York City, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto the CLERK OF THE COUNTY OF WESTCHESTER in the sum of five hundred ($500.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United States, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our and each of our heirs, executors, administrators and successors, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.

SEALED with our seals and dated the first day of September, 1926. WHEREAS, Howard T. Worthington, on the fifteenth day of August, 1926, filed a lien for materials furnished in the office of the Clerk of the County of Westchester against the property described in the order hereinafter mentioned; and

WHEREAS, said notice of lien purports to have been made and filed as prescribed by the Lien Law of the State of New York, wherein such lienor claims liens against the above mentioned real property for and on account of materials furnished.

WHEREAS, the Supreme Court, County of Westchester, by an order duly made and entered in the office of the Clerk of the County of Westchester on or about the fifteenth day of August, 1926, fixed the sum of five hundred ($500.00) Dollars as the amount of the bond to be executed by said Howard A. Chitty.

NOW THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That if the above bounden Howard A. Chitty of 100 Broadway, New York, N. Y., shall well and truly pay any judgment which may be rendered against said property, in favor of the aforesaid lienor for the enforcement of the lien, in any action or proceeding to enforce said alleged lien, then this obligation shall be void, otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.

STIPULATION FOR LIBELLANT'S COSTS

DISTRICT COURT OF THE UNITED STATES,
FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF NEW YORK.

WHEREAS, a Libel will be filed in this Court on or about the first day of September, 1926, by Herbert A. Farr, a resident of the City of New York and the State of New York, against the steamship "Sylph" for the reasons and causes in the said Libel mentioned; and praying that process may issue against said steamship "Sylph" and the said Libellant and the Model Insurance Company, Stipulator, parties hereto, hereby consenting and agreeing, that in case costs are awarded against the said Libellant or said Stipulator, the decree therefor not exceeding the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars may be entered against them and each of them, and thereupon execution may issue against their and each of their goods, chattels, lands and tenements or other real estate.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED FOR THE BENEFIT OF WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, That the Libellant herein and the Stipulator undersigned, the Model Insurance Company, having an office for the general transaction of business at No. 60 Vestory Street, City of New York, and by occupation a Bonding Company, shall be and each of them is hereby bound in the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, conditioned that they shall pay all costs and expenses which shall be awarded against the said Libellant, and/or the Stipulator undersigned or any one of them by Decree of this Court, and in case of appeal by any Appellate Court.
