RESOLUTION OFFERED BY MR. MOMILLAN RELATING TO GENERAL ORDER No. 2, THIRD READING No. 2, REGARDING THE PASSAGE OF BILLS. Resolved, That General Order No. 2 (Introductory No. 73), be recommitted to the Committee of the Whole for the purpose of amending, by adding after the word "passage " in line five, page one, the following words: "And the time when said bill, printed in its final form, was placed upon the desks of the members shall be entered upon the journal of that day," so that said proposed constitutional amendment shall read as follows: Section fifteen of article three is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 15.
