at a Rack-Rent, and in Hand.

Abftracts of Leafes.

Exception of Timber, &c. to Mr. B. To
hold for feven Years, from Lady Day 1741.
Rent 1107 a Year, payable at Michaelmas and
Lady-Day Yearly, or within Twenty-eight Days
after; otherwife Mr. B. to enter, &c. A. L.
to pay 51. per Acre per Ann, if he ploughs
any Part of the Premiffes except the little P.
which he is allowed to fow for four Crops,
provided fuch fourth Crop be fufficiently fown
with Clover-Seed. Mr. B. to pay all Taxes,
except the Window- Tax, and to repair the Pre-
miffes, except the Glafs- Windows, Gates, Stiles,
and Fences, which A. L. is to keep and leave
in Repair. A. L. to hold the House and the
Ground, &c. until the Third of May after the,
Term, &c.
