Whereas, This day has been set apart by the Legislature of the State for the purpose of appropriately honoring the memory of an illustrious statesman, the Hon. William H. Seward; therefore,

Resolved, That this House now adjourn.

Mr. Speaker put the question whether the House would agree to said resolution, and it was determined in the affirmative.
