AN ACT to revise, consolidate and amend chapter 43, of the private and local laws of 1869, entitled, an act to incorporate the Wisconsin OddFellows' Mutual Life Insurance company, approved February 17, 1869, and the several acts amendatory thereof. Dexter, and their associates and successors, are hereby created a body corporate, by the name and style of the Wisconsin Odd-Fellows' Mutual Life Insurance company, and by that name shall have perpetual existence, and be capable of suing and being sued. number.
