"MY FATHER'S HOUSE." BY JAMES WILLIAM KIMBALL, AUTHOR OF "HOW TO SEE JESUS," "FRIENDLY WORDS WITH FELLOW HARVARD COLLEGE LIBRARY GIFT OF THE MASSACHUSETTS HISTORICAL SOCIETY NOV 10 1938 Copyright, 1882, BY JAMES WILLIAM KIMBALL. ELECTROTYPED at the BOSTON STEREOTYPE FOUNDRY, No. 4 PEARL STREET. PREFACE. It is often said, we know nothing of heaven. But Jesus says, "All things that the Father hath are mine: the Comforter shall take of mine and show it unto you." True to his promise, from the day I knew the Lord, the Comforter began to show me heavenly things. What I freely received, He bade me freely give. The kind approvals here recorded increase my obligation, and not less my delight to share these joy-inspiring things with as many as I may. I pray God each reader may find them his Lord's own revelations to himself. 21 SOMERSET STREET, May, 1882. J. W. K. |
