AN ACT TO MAKE AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: Section 1. That there be and hereby is appropriated out of any funds in the hands of the State Treasurer, not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $18,000.00 for the year 1915. To be expended by the State Board of Agriculture for the maintenance and support of the Fort Lewis School of Agriculture, Mechanic and Household Arts, and the Auditor of State is hereby authorized to draw warrants upon the funds hereby appropriated upon the order of the State Board of Agriculture, signed by its president and countersigned by its secretary. Sec. 2. In the opinion of the General Assembly, an emergency exists, therefore, this act shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage.
