CHAP. 386.-An Act To establish postal savings depositories for depositing savings at interest with the security of the Government for repayment thereof, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Postal savings de- States of America in Congress assembled, That there be, and is hereby, Board of trustees to created a board of trustees for the control, supervision, and administration of the postal savings depository offices designated and established under the provisions of this Act, and of the funds received as deposits at such postal savings depository offices by virtue thereof.
