First District-All that portion thereof lying south of the center line of Congress street.

Second District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Gratiot avenue and Congress street.

Third District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Madison avenue and Witherell street on the north and Gratiot avenue on the south.

Fourth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Montcalm street on the north and Madison avenue and Witherell street on the south.

Fifth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Alfred and Montcalm streets.

Sixth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Willis avenue and Alfred street.

Seventh District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Ferry and Willis avenues.

Eighth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Ferry avenue and Baltimore avenue, and center line of Baltimore avenue extended.

Ninth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Baltimore avenue and said center line extended and center line of Mt. Vernon avenue.

Tenth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Mt. Vernon avenue and Leicester Court.

Eleventh District-All that portion thereof lying between the center line of Leicester Court and City Limits.

Second Ward.

Sec. 3. There shall be ten districts in the Second Ward, comprising the territory as follows:

(The Second Ward consists of all that part of said city bounded on the east by the center line of Woodward avenue and on the west by the center line of First street, from the Detroit River to the center line of Grand River avenue, up Grand River avenue to center line of Second avenue, and along the center line of Second avenue, and the lines extended northerly and southerly to the City Limits.)

First District-All that portion lying south of the center line of State street, east and west of Cass avenue.

Second District-All that portion thereof lying south of a line drawn through the center of Adams avenue to Grand River avenue;

thence westerly along the center of said Grand River avenue to the intersection of First street and north of the center line of State street east and west of Cass avenue.

Third District-All that portion thereof lying between the center line of High street and a line running through the center of Adams avenue to Grand River avenue; thence westerly along the center of said Grand River avenue to the intersection of Second street.

Fourth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of High and Bagg streets.

Fifth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Bagg street and Selden avenue.

Sixth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Selden and Forest avenues.

Seventh District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Forest and Kirby avenues.

Eighth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Kirby avenue and the Boulevard.

Ninth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Grand Boulevard West and Pingree avenue.

Tenth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center line of Pingree avenue and the City Limits.

Third Ward.

Sec. 4. There shall be nine districts in the Third Ward, comprising the territory as follows:

(The Third Ward consists of all that part of the city lying between the center line of Beaubien street, said line extending northerly and southerly to the City Limits, and another line described. as follows: Beginning at a point in the channel bank of the Detroit River, where the center line of Hastings street, if extended, would touch, running thence northerly along the center line of Hastings street to the Boulevard; thence along the center line of Melrose avenue, which is a continuation of Hastings street, to the center line of Marston avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Marston avenue to the center line of Oakland avenue, thence along the center line of Oakland avenue northerly to the center line of Holbrook avenue, thence easterly along the center line of Holbrook avenue to the center line of Goodwin street, thence northerly along the center line of Goodwin street as extended to the northerly City Limits.)

First District-All that portion thereof lying south of the center line of Monroe avenue.

Second District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Monroe and Adams avenues.

Third District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Adams avenue and Napoleon street.

Fourth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Napoleon and Alfred streets.

Fifth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Alfred and Eliot streets.

Sixth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Eliot street and Canfield avenue.

Seventh District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Canfield and Piquette avenues.

Eighth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Piquette and Philadelphia avenues east.

Ninth District-All that portion thereof lying north of the center line of Philadelphia avenue east.

Fourth Ward.

Sec. 5. There shall be eleven districts in the Fourth Ward, comprising the territory as follows:

(The Fourth Ward consists of all that part of said city lying between the westerly boundary line of the Second Ward, above described, and the center line of Greenwood avenue from the northerly city limits to the center line of Grand River avenue, thence through Grand River avenue to the center line of Fifth street, and down the center line of Fifth street and the said lines extended northerly and southerly to the city limits.)

First District-All that portion thereof lying south of the center line of Abbott street.

Second District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Abbott and Jones streets.

Third District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Jones and High streets.

Fourth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of High and Bagg streets.

Fifth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Bagg and Pitcher streets.

Sixth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Pitcher street and Willis avenue.

Seventh District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Willis and Warren avenues.

Eighth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Warren and Stanley avenue and Colburn place.

Ninth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Stanley avenue and Colburn place, and Pallister avenue.

Tenth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Pallister avenue and Clairmont place.

Eleventh District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Clairmont place and the City Limits.

Fifth Ward.

Sec. 6. There shall be eleven districts in the Fifth Ward, comprising the territory as follows:

(The Fifth Ward consists of all that part of said City lying east of the easterly boundary line of the Third Ward above described and the center line of Russell street, said line extended northerly and southerly to the city limits.)

First District-All that portion thereof lying south of the center line of Monroe avenue; the easterly boundary thereof, from the south line of Jefferson avenue to the Detroit River, being the center line of Russell street as the same would be if the said street were extended on its present course to the Detroit River.

Second District-All that portion thereof lying between the center line of Monroe avenue and a line drawn through the center of Maple street westerly to the center line of Gratiot avenue, thence southerly on the center line of Gratiot avenue to the westerly boundary line of said ward.

Third District-All that portion thereof lying between a line. drawn through the center line of Maple street westerly to the center line of Gratiot avenue, thence southerly on the center line of Gratiot avenue to the westerly boundary line of said ward, and the center line of Napoleon street.

Fourth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Napoleon and Wilkins streets.

Fifth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Wilkins street and Livingstone avenue.

Sixth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Livingstone and Canfield avenues.

Seventh District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Canfield and Frederick avenues.

Eighth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Frederick and Piquette avenues.

Ninth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Piquette avenue and Clay avenue.

Tenth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center line of Clay avenue and a line 233 feet north of the southerly line of Quarter Section 38 of the Ten Thousand-Acre Tract.

Eleventh District-All that portion thereof lying north of a line 233 feet north of the southerly line of Quarter Section 38 of the Ten Thousand-Acre Tract.

Sixth Ward.

Sec. 7. There shall be ten districts in the Sixth Ward, comprising the territory as follows:

(The Sixth Ward consists of all that part of said city lying between the westerly boundary line of the Fourth Ward, above described, and east of a line described as follows: Beginning at the center line of Eighth street and the channel bank; thence north along the center line of Eighth street as extended to the center line of Fort street; thence west along the center line of Fort street to the center line of Trumbull avenue; thence north along the center line of Trumbull avenue to Holden avenue; thence northerly along the center line of Trumbull avenue as extended to Greenfield avenue; thence northerly along the center line of Greenfield avenue to the center line of Seward avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Seward avenue to Wilson avenue extended; thence along the center line of Wilson avenue extended to the center line of Wilson avenue; thence northerly along the center line of Wilson avenue to the northerly city limits.)

First District-All that portion thereof lying south of the center line of Abbott street.

Second District-All that portion lying between the center lines of Abbott street and Michigan avenue.

Third District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Michigan avenue and Cherry street.

Fourth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Cherry and Perry streets.

Fifth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center line of Perry street and a line drawn through the center of Noble street to Gibson avenue; thence southerly along the center line of Gibson avenue to the center line of Grand River avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Grand River avenue to the westerly line of said ward.

Sixth District-All that portion thereof lying north of a line drawn through the center line of Noble street to Gibson avenue; thence southerly along the center line of Gibson avenue to the center line of Grand River avenue; thence westerly along the center line of Grand River avenue to the westerly line of said ward and south of the center of Selden avenue.

Seventh District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Selden and Forest avenues.

Eighth District-All that portion thereof lying between the center lines of Forest and Kirby avenues.
