NOTE.-When date of approval is enclosed in brackets [] indicates that Statute became law without signature of Governor by the operation of the constitutional provision. The foot notes here given are explanatory of the Acts, and of the action taken under them. The numbers of the Acts and the notes explanatory thereof are identical.
