1911 and 1912. He prepared the Charter of the Guild, and was mainly instrumental in having it passed by the Legislature of the State of New York and signed by the Governor. This form of charter has since been adopted by the Masonic Temple Association of Yonkers and Mt. Vernon. Brother Crook was Chairman of our Law Committee and in that capacity rendered most valuable service to the Guild. He was a master of detail and exercised great care as well as profound judgment in all his undertakings in our behalf. By his death not only his family and community in which he lived, but the Grand Lodge and the Brooklyn Masonic Guild have sustained a great loss. We shall miss his wise counsel, his genial presence, and his eagerness to perform any servicelarge or small-for the cause he loved so well, and to the promotion of which he gave so much.

To conscientiously perform the duties of an officer or trustee of our splendid organization, requires some personal sacrifice, but nothing worth while is ever attained without it. I appreciate to the fullest extent the cordial support and co-operation I have received from my colleagues on the Board of Trustees and from the Craft.

The success attained in the past has been indeed great, but the possibilities that the future hold in store are still greater. Let us not rest until our Temple is free from debt and our entire net revenue available for the Home which is our ultimate purpose.

Fraternally submitted,

FRANK W. ROBBINS,

President.
