PROCLAMATION BY THE GOVERNOR. WHEREAS, the Comptroller did, on the first day of May, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, under a provisions of an act entitled "An act to amend 'An act concerning corporations,' approved April seventh, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five," approved March 20th, 1891-report to the Governor a list of all corporations coming within said act; AND WHEREAS, the following corporations so reported had, on the first day of May, 1892, for two consecutive years, failed, neglected or refused to pay the state the taxes which had been assessed against them for the year 1889, under the laws of New Jersey, and made payable into the state treasury; AND WHEREAS, under the provisions of said act the charters of said corporations are made void and all powers conferred by law upon such corporations declared inoperative and void unless the Governor gives further time for payment; AND WHEREAS, the Governor has not given further time to the corporations so reported and herein after named, for the payment of such taxes, and the same are still unpaid.
