For an annual compendium of contemporaneous happenings, the International Year Book is invaluable. The Statesman's Year Book is also of much service. Of reviews, the British New Europe, Round Table and Nation and the American Nation, New Republic, Review and Dial are especially well-informed upon the significance of events transpiring over the entire world as a result of the War. The annual record of political events issued by the (American) Political Science Quarterly is also a useful résumé. The Foreign Relations Supplement of the (American) Nation reprints many documents of prime importance in their bearing upon international relations during and after the War, and the Liberator has reprinted some documents pertaining to Bolshevist rule.
