Transport. INTERSTATE COMMERCE COMMISSION. At a session of the Commission, held at its office in the city of Washington, on the 8th day of June, 1889, it was Resolved, That the following revised and amended rules of practice in cases and proceedings before the Interstate Commerce Commission be established and printed, and that sections 13 and 17 and part of section 18 of the Act to regulate commerce, and sections 863 and 864 of the Revised Statutes of the United States, be printed in connection with the rules.
