already constructed, or hereafter to be completed by the Hazleton coal company, under the original charter, and the supplements thereto, as fully as if the same had been embraced in the said charter and supplements; and the said company are hereby authorized to increase the capital stock by additions thereto of not more than ten thousand shares of fifty dollars each, and to be issued as to them shall seem expedient: Provided, That said company shall pay into the state treasury a bonus of onehalf of one per centum upon the amounts of such stock hereby authorized, in four equal annual instalments, from and after the creation of the same SECTION 2. That the said Hazleton coal company, in addition to the lands which they are now authorized to possess, may hold, either by purchase or lease, not exceeding one thousand acres, in order to secure a supply of timber for mining purposes, or otherwise to promote the operations of the company: Provided, That the lands which may be held under the provisions of this act shall not be located more than ten miles from the lands they now hold.
