BLACK RIVER VALLEY RAILROAD COMPANY:

An act to authorize towns or cities in the counties of Jefferson and Lewis to issue bonds and take stock in the Black River Valley Railroad, or in any other company now organized, or that shall be legally organized within two years after the passage of this act, for the purpose of building a railroad from the vicinity of Booneville, Oneida county, north-westerly through or into both or either of said counties, to the navigable waters of Lake Ontario ; chap 625, Laws of 1866.
