July 26. Mr. Otman was struck by engine of morning passenger train from Oswego, and instantly killed, while walking upon the track near Rice's crossing, about three miles from Fulton. Sept. 20. As the evening passenger train was running into the depot at Syracuse, Nathaniel P. Purdy, stepped upon the track between Clinton and Franklin street, was struck by the engine and instantly killed.
