The following is a statement of the date of each accident, the place where it occurred, the train, the cause and the extent of the injuries inflicted upon each person, and the name of such person, as follows:

1865.

October 12. David Curran, aged 14 years, in jumping off a car after his hat, which had blown off, had his leg broken.

John McQuig was accidentally pushed off a Flushing avenue car by a fellow passenger, and sustained a compound fracture of the left leg.

1866.

July 16. James Anderson, aged 22 months, was run over by a Flushing avenue car and instantly killed. The coroner's jury found a verdict of "accidental death," and no blame attaches to the driver.

Sept. 25. James Curran, while very drunk, was run over by a Greenpoint car, and had his leg fractured. He died of his injuries. No blame attached to the driver.
