The following is a statement of the date of each accident, the place where it occurred, the train, the cause and the extent of the injuries inflicted upon each person, and the name of such person, as follows: 1865. October 21. A man, name unknown, who was intoxicated, fell from a car in motion and was slightly injured. October 24. A woman, name unknown, in leaving a car while in motion, fell, and was slightly injured. 1866. April 11. Miss Henan, a little girl four and a half years of age, ran in front of the horses, was knocked down and received very severe, injuries, which resulted in death. July 5. A child, name unknown, was knocked down by the horses, and slightly injured. July 26. John McMahon, a boy fourteen years old, in jumping on and off a car in motion, fell, and was run over and severely hurt; was carried to the city hospital and died from the effects of the injuries received. Verdict of the coroner's jury exonerated the conductor and driver. August 10. A child, name unknown, about three years old, was run over and slightly injured.
