The exports of cotton from the port of Savannah (Georgia) for the two years ending on the 1st of September, 1851 and 1852, have been as follows: The lumber business at the port of Savannah, (Georgia,) according to the Republican, has increased rapidly within the last few years; and it will be seen by the fol lowing table that the exports for the past year have exceeded those of any previous one by several millions of feet.
