The Receiver appointed in the above entitled cause having disposed of all the property of the said corporation under the direction of this Court, but having not yet distributed the same to the persons entitled thereto; and it appearing that such distribution cannot be made until after the beginning of the year nineteen hundred and three, and that before such distribution can be made the estate of the said corporation may become liable to the annual franchise tax to the state of New Jersey for the said year of nineteen hundred and three unless said corporation shall be dissolved; and good reason appearing therefor, IT IS THEREUPON, on motion of John R. Hardin, Receiver of the said defendant corporation, Ordered, that the said United States Carbonate Company be and the same is hereby dissolved, and that its charter be and the same is hereby declared to be forfeited and void.
