SEC. 419. Whoever, not being an owner, wilfully, with Attempt to deintent to destroy the same, sets fire to any vessel of the United States, or otherwise attempts the destruction thereof, shall suffer imprisonment at hard labor for a term not more than ten years nor less than three years. SEC. 426. Whoever, within the jurisdiction of the United States, attempts or endeavors to corrupt any commander, U.S.v.
