SIR: In compliance with section three hundred and thirty-two, Political Code of the State, I have the honor to transmit herewith my report of the financial transactions of the State during the twentyfifth and twenty-sixth fiscal years, ending respectively June the thirtieth, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, and June the thirtieth, eighteen hundred and seventy-five.
